ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file a Final report relating to the Crime No.203 of 2019 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Ponneri Police Station, Thiruvallur District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondent has registered a case in the Crime No.203 of 2019 on 11.05.2019, no final report is filed till date.

3. Mr.N.Muthuvel, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of one month.

4.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
