ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Respondents 2 to 4 to transfer and issue separate patta in the name of petitioner and make correct entries in the revenue records of his lands in S. No. 250 / 1A2A measuring an extent of 4.21 Acres situated at Pattipulam village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District based on the Settlement deed dated 17.02.2021 in Doc. No. 7798 of 2021 forthwith.

2. Mr.R.Murugan Raja, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that originally the petitioner's father owned the above said subject property and in the year 2021, he settled the said property in favour of the petitioner. Now the petitioner became the owner of the said subject property. The petitioner made an application on 07.12.2022 to the 4th respondent for transfer of patta in his name with regard to the subject property. The same has not been considered so far and hence, the present writ 2/4

petition has been filed.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider the petitioners application and pass appropriate orders within the time frame as fixed by this Court.

5. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

6. Such view of the matter, this Court directs the 4th respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 17.02.2021 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
