ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to consider the representation dated 27.01.2022 and to measure the land bearing Survey Numbers 116A/3, 196/4, 212/5, 210/9, 212/2A in Vanapuram Border of Kallakurichi District.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 27.01.2022 with a request for survey of the petitioner's property, which is pending without consideration.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4 and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2022 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation for survey of property for the lands comprised in Survey Numbers 116A/3, 196/4, 212/5, 210/9, 212/2A in Vanapuram Border of Kallakurichi District, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
