ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to recall the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Court below.

It is seen from records that an order of maintenance was passed by the Court below in D.V.A No.178 of 2017 dated 07.05.2018. In order to execute the same, the Court below has issued a Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner. This Nonbailable Warrant cannot be recalled by this Court and the petitioner has to necessarily appear before the Court below and work out his remedy in accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Criminal original petition is dismissed.
