Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, C.M.P.Nos.3009, 3010 and 3012 of 2024 are allowed on condition that the petitioner makes a payment of Rs.2,000/- in each petitions to the respondents on or before 21.03.2024. On payment of cost by the petitioner within the time stipulated, time is extended for payment of cost as per the order dated 08.08.2023 passed in C.R.P.Nos.2043, 2049 and 2054 of 2019, till 04.04.2024.

2. In case, the petitioner failed to pay cost ordered in the civil revision petitions on or before 04.04.2024, all the revision petitions shall stand automatically dismissed without further reference by this Court.

3. It is stated by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner that suit is now transferred to the file of District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Tharangambadi and renumbered as O.S.No.140 of 2019. The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible. 07.03.2024 dm Copy to The District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Tharangambadi.
