ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 4(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28950 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
3.Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28950 of 2024 dated 05.12.2024 is totally relaxed.
