When the matter was taken up for hearing this petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail, pending investigation of the case in Crime No.350 of 2022 on the file of the respondent.

2.When this matter was taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), by producing a copy of the Detention Order in Cr.M.P.No.03/D.O/2023/E1 dated 03.01.2023 would submit that this petitioner had been detained under Act 14 of 1982.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission of the learned Government (Crl. Side) this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
