This petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 19.03.2013 and investigate the same. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3.Learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] submits that the copy of the petitioner's complaint is not available with the first respondent police.

4.Hence, the petitioner is directed to give a copy of the complaint dated 19.03.2013 to the first respondent police https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on receipt of the same, the first respondent police is directed to conduct enquiry and during the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, F.I.R. shall be registered, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in LALITA KUMARI vs. GOVERNMENT OF UTTARPRADESH AND OTHERS reported in [(2014) 2 SCC 1].

5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
