O R D E R
This petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.341 of 2012 on the file of the first respondent police, for offences under Sections 419, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120(b) IPC, as against the petitioner.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the first respondent police has completed the investigation in Crime No.341 of 2012 and also filed a final report on 11.12.2017 before the learned Special land Grabbing No.II, Chennai. Subsequently, it was transferred to the Special Court for CBCID on 22.011.2019.
3. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case, quashing of FIR cannot be considered now and the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous.

4. At the same time, the petitioner is also at liberty to challenge the final report, in the manner known to law.
5. In the result, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
