K.Arukkathal v. K.Karunaiyammal
C.R.P.(NPD)No.3637 of 2008 RMT.TEEKAA RAMAN,J., This matter is posted today under the caption 'for being mentioned'.
2. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submitted that the Registry, by oversight, has not printed C.M.P.No.1 of 2010 which was filed to bring the petitioner in that C.M.P as a second petitioner in the above C.R.P and hence prayed for allowing of the said C.M.P.
3. When the Civil Revision Petition was taken up for consideration, without noticing the above fact of not printing the said C.M.P.No.1 of 2010, arguments were heard in the above C.R.P, reserved for orders on 29.01.2020 and disposed of by an order dated 28.02.2020. Since the sole revision petitioner died on 28.03.2010, the above fact came to light.
4. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case and also in the interest of justice, after hearing both the parties, C.M.P.No.1 of 2010 is allowed.
5. The Registry is directed to amend the cause title and issue fresh order copy by incorporating the petitioner in the C.M.P.No.1 of 2010 namely Murugasamy as second petitioner in the C.R.P. 15.03.2021 nvi 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
