The learned counsel appearing for the third respondent submitted that the petitioner had died on 01.03.2023 and he had also produced a copy of the death certificate before this Court.

In view of the endorsement and the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent, the writ petition stand dismissed as infructuous.
