Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions and the respective affidavits filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANAND for M/S.T.S.GOPALAN AND CO., Advocate for the petitioner in all the petitions and of MRS.R.K.KALPANA, Advocate taking notice on behalf
of the 1st respondent in all the petitions and of MR.K.DHANANJAYAN, Special Government Pleader taking notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 in all the petitions and on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Mr.G.Anand, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner / Company would submit that even prior to the receipt of the common order dated 18.01.2017 in WP.Nos.1109 to 1120/2017, the Collector of Tiruvallur District has considered the representations submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on 20.10.2016 and since the order, which is the subject matter of review, has directed the District Collector to re-do the exercise and he has again started conducting enquiry and prays for appropriate orders. 2 Mr.K.Dhananjayan, learned Special Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 2 and 3 and seeks time to get instructions whether the above said order passed by the District Collector, of Tiruvallur District has been communicated to the petitioner or not?
3 Mrs.R.K.Kalpana, learned counsel accepts notice for the respective 1st respondents in the review applications and seeks time to get instructions.
4 In the light of the summons/notice sent by the District Collector, Tiruvallur District dated 17.04.2017 in Na.Ka.No.26489/2015/vg;1, there shall be stay of further proceedings in terms of the said communication till 20.06.2017. 5 Call on 20.06.2017.
