O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to not to harass the petitioners. 2.This Court has already passed an order on 02.01.2019 in Crl.O.P.No.30411 of 2018 directing the concerned police not to harass the petitioner under name of enquiry, since a civil suit is pending between the parties.

3.It seems that the complainant has gone ahead and given a complaint before the Superintendent of Police and the same has been forwarded to the second respondent, who has called the petitioner for an enquiry. This Court has already held that the parties will have to resolve the dispute only before the competent Civil Court and the police should not interfere in this matter.

4.In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioners in the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the Civil Court in order to resolve their disputes.
