This Civil Revision Petition has been filed against the order dated 27.02.2008 made in I.A.No.437 of 2007 in I.A.No.322 of 2002 in O.S.No.16 of 1995 on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Kattumannerkoil.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners submitted that this petition has become infructuous and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
