ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. The petitioner who is the accused in Crime No.892 of 2020, for offenses under sections 294(b), 447, 341, 353 & 427 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

IPC, has filed this petition. The contention of the petitioner is that a civil suit is pending between the petitioner and his relative in O.S.No.422 of 2006, on the file of the District Munsif Court, Hosur. The respondent police have been constantly harassing the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that case has been registered in Crime No.892 of 2020. Thereafter investigation completed, charge sheet filed before the Judicial Magistrate-II, Hosur, on 09.05.2021. The petitioner has not given any details with regard to the particulars of the date and the manner by which he was called and harassed. He further submits that this petition is without any materials and the same to be dismissed in limine and the respondent police have not called the petitioner for any inquiry and no harassment caused.
