This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.11.2023 and to give police protection to the petitioner's life or pass such orders.0 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that enquiry was conducted in CP No.31 of 2023 and a counter CSR No.322 of 2023 and the same was closed on 03.11.2023 and 30.08.2023 respectively.

3.In the light of the above development, the relief as sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted by this Court. It will be left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C., before the competent jurisdictional Court.
