Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6(b)directing the petitioners to stay at Sivaganga District and to sign before the Town Police Station on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30.am until further orders in Crl.O.P.No. 24793 of 2021 in Crime No. 503 of 2021 on the file of the respondent, pending investigation and pass any or other such orders that his Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. R.JOHN SATHYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.24791 of 2021 on 17.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are modified to that effect that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Further, the petitioners should not have any contact with the defacto complainant's family. All other conditions remain unaltered.
