2. Mr.P.Srinivas, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that already the Solid Waste Management Centre is formed and it is functioning.

3. In view of the same, the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition cannot be granted. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
