As per Judgment of this Court dated 13.01.2020 in Crl.A.No.180 of 2009, the respondents/accused paid the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees one lakh only) by way of demand draft Nos.180831, 180832 & 180833 dated 10.02.2020 in favour of the Enforcement Directorate and also filed a memo to that effect and the respondents 2, 3 and 6 have appeared today i.e., 12.02.2020 at 09.45 a.m before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Madras and marked their presence and produced the proof of payment of the fine noted above and thereafter, appeared before this Court to undergo the sentence imposed on them. 2.In view of the above, the Sentence imposed on the respondents is complied with and therefore, the bail bonds, if any, executed by them, shall stand cancelled.
