Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records on the file of 1st respondent dated 22.02.2011 in Na.Ka.No.10820/2009/Q.2, quash the same and consequently, direct the first respondent to appoint the petitioner as a Noon Meal Organizer by replacing the third respondent.

ORDER
The prayer in the writ petition seems to be on a misconception of facts. When the petitioner sought for appointment as a Noon Meal Organizer in Velloni Estate, Upper Division, the third respondent was appointed as a Noon Meal Organizer in Velloni Estate, Lower Division. Velloni Estate, Upper Division is concerned, one Mrs.Viswasopha wife of Navaneethakrishnan was selected and appointed as Noon Meal Organizer. The petitioner now seeks to cancel the appointment of the third respondent herein who is in no way connected with the post for which the petitioner had applied.
2. As such, no orders can be passed in the prayer sought for in the present writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
