Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent would submit that the order dated 5.07.2010 passed in Writ Petition has already been complied with on 04.10.2012 itself. In support of the same, he has produced the copy of the proceedings in G.O.(D).No.271 dated 04.10.2012. He would also submit that the petitioner was passed away on 10.11.2013.

2. In view of the same, this contempt petition stands closed. No costs.
