This petition is filed to bring on record the respondents as legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent in the C.R.P.

2. A perusal of the records show that the respondents 1 to 4 has been served on 30.08.2022.

3. I am satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and the petition is accordingly ordered.

4. Office is directed to carry out the amendment and list the C.R.P. for arguments on 06.07.2023.
