2. Captioned WMPs have been filed with prayer to dispense with production of 'original impugned notices dated 12.11.2024 bearing reference Na.Ka.No.K1/2658/2021' [hereinafter 'impugned notices' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity].

4. Learned counsel for writ petitioners submits that the original impugned notices are not readily available with writ petitioners at the time of filing of captioned writ petitions but photo copies of the impugned notices are filed along with the typed set of papers and that has necessitated the captioned WMPs.
5. Taking into account the fact that the authenticity of the impugned notices is not subjected to contestation or disputation, as a one off case, we are considering the dispense with prayer making it clear that in the days to come, adequate articulation in the support affidavits is imperative.
6. In the light of the narrative thus far, dispense with prayer is acceded to. Captioned WMPs are ordered as prayed for. [M.S., J] [K.R.S., J] 27.01.2025 mk Page Nos.2/3
