This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 06.12.2023 in Crl.OP.No.14353 of 2023 to report before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Salem (FAC), daily at 10.30 a.m., until furthers.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Special Court for EC and NDPS Act cases, Salem (FAC) on every Monday, apart from the Court hearing dates, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4.In view of the above modifications, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
