ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the Special Court for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Namakkal, to consider the bail application filed by the petitioner on the date of his surrender in Crime No.195 of 2019 on the file of the respondent on the same day.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that this Court has already granted bail vide order dated 24.08.2022 in Cr.OP No.19701 of 2022. 3.

In view of the above, another petition with the same prayer cannot be entertained by this Court. Therefore, this Criminal original petition is dismissed. It is left open to the petitioner to file an application seeking for extension of time.
