THAMILSELVI CRIMINAL MISCELLANEOUS PETITION No.520 of 2022 IN CRL OP.23998/2021 T.R.ANBALAGAN [ PETITIONER/ACCUSED ] Vs STATE REP BY [ RESPONDENT ] THE INSPECTOR OF POLICE, PENNAGARAM POLICE STATION, DHARMAPURI DISTRICT (CRIME NO.504/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 6 (b) directing the petitioner to Stay at Sivagangai District and to sign before the Town Police Station on every Wednesday and Sunday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.23998/2021 in Crime No.504/2021 on the file of the respondent, pending investigation and pass any or other such orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JOHN SATHYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. A.GOKULAKRISHNAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23998 of 2021 on 13.12.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
