ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 10.11.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 294(b) and 307 of IPC, in Crime No.743 of 2021, seeks bail. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions would submit that the petitioner was having four previous cases and he has been detained under Act 14 of 1982.
