Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the order of the second respondent dated 27.10.2010 in Na.Ka.No.86585/2010/Sa.Pa.1 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the services of the petitioner in the third respondent society as Salesman with effect from the date of regularisation of the juniors to the petitioner.
