This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that he shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Police Station, everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, except on the dates of Court hearing before the trial Court, in Crl.O.P.No.28013 of 2023 dated 14.12.2023.

3.Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court finds no reasons to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28013 of 2023. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
