Both the learned counsels would submit that both the parties have arrived at an amicable settlement. The Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025, signed by the respective parties, recording the terms of settlement, has been placed on record.

2.In terms of the Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025, this petition is disposed of. The Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025 shall form part of this order. The post-dated cheques reflected in the Settlement Agreement dated 16.04.2025 has been handed over by the learned counsel for the respondent to the learned counsel for the petitioner to enable the petitioner to deposit those cheques on the relevant dates.
