The present civil revision petition has been filed against the Judgment and Decree dated 22.09.2008 made in C.M.A.No.37 of 2003 on the file of the Principal District Court, Erode, against the order of surcharge passed by the Deputy Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Erode Circle, Erode in Na.Ka.No.2211 of 2002 J dated 07.05.2003.

2. The respondents R2 to R6 were already dismissed on 17.07.2018, for non-compliance of the requirement of the Registry, including payment of batta. This fact clearly indicates that the revision petitioner is not interested to prosecute the revision petition.

3. In view of the above fact, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
