This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the order dated 19.02.2013 issued by the first respondent under Section 107 & 111 of Cr.P.C. seeking to appear the petitioner and others based on the FIR filed by the second respondent on 17.02.2013.

When the matter is called for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the case itself has been closed as early as on 30.08.2013. Therefore nothing survives in this criminal original petition.
