ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed directing the 2nd respondent to register the First Information Report and to investigate the matter based on petitioner's complaint dated 14.11.2022.

2. When the matter is taken up, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner on 14.11.2022, First Information Report was registered in Crime No.18 of 2023 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC.

3. In view of the registration of First Information Report, nothing survives in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
