This petition has been filed to punish the respondent for wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17380 of 2015.

2. Today, Mr.M.Rajanikanth, Inspector of Police, South PS, Vellore is present before this Court.
3. On instructions the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the order dated 14.07.2015 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.17380 of 2016 has been complied with and that investigation in Crime No.148 of 2015 was completed and the case was closed as Mistake of Fact and the closure report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Vellore on 09.08.2017 and that the learned Magistrate has also issued RCS notice to the petitioner / defacto complainant for his objection if any.
