(Delivered by M.M.Sundresh,J.) The subject matter of writ appeal is one of suspension. Now, it is submitted by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the appellant that the respondent was reinstated based on the order of the learned Single Judge. Thus, nothing survives for consideration. The writ appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, M.P. No. 1 of 2013 is closed.
