ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigation in Crime No.572 of 2024 on the file of the 2 nd respondent herein viz., Inspector of Police, E1-Singanllur Police Station, Coimbatore, to the file of Superintendent of Police, CBCID, Coimbatore or any other investigation agency for proper and fair investigation.

2. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that the case in Crime No.572 of 2024 has been registered on 25.11.2024 for the offence under Section 194(3) of B.N.S.S. and that the investigation is already ini progress.

4. In view of the above, the 2 nd respondent police is directed to complete 2/4

the investigation and file charge sheet within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
