(CRIME NO. 603 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition 8(d) imposed by this Hon`ble High Court in Crl.OP.No. 20245 of 2021 in Crime No. 603 of 2021 on the file of the Respondent Police and thus render justice. Order: This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.VIJAY PRASHANTH, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.20245 of 2021 on 28.10.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutors would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioners are relaxed. However, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
