For Petitioner (in both petitions) : No Appearance For respondents (in both petitions) : Ms.R.V.Gayathri For Mr.P.B.Ramanujam COMMON ORDER The learned counsel for the respondents made a submission that pursuant to the order of eviction passed in R.C.O.P.No.94 of 2016, the respondent/landlord took possession of the subject premises and therefore, the present Civil Revision Petition have become infructuous. 2/4
2. The Rent Control proceedings were initiated for evicting the revision petitioner/tenant and the said R.C.O.P was allowed and consequently, the tenant was evicted and the landlord took possession of the subject premises.
3. Thus, no further adjudication is required and accordingly, both the Civil Revision Petitions stand closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed. 30.01.2023 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
