This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The condition to appear before the respondent police is to continue until further orders and definitely till A2 is secured by the respondent police in Crl.O.P.No.27126 of 2023, dated 30.11.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, weekly once i.e., on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
