No.123 of 2000 on the file of the First Additional District Judge of Erode (in CMA No.1150/2016) and Order:This petition coming on for Extension of time on the Twenty Second day of September Two Thousand Twenty One and persuing the earlier order date of 17/02/2021 and letter dated 29.06.2021 vide D.No.4957/2021 from the First Additional District Judge of Erode this court made the following order:- Today the matter is listed under the caption "for extension of time"

2. This Court by its order dated 17.02.2021 directed the learned I Additional District Judge, Erode to dispose of EP Nos.4 to 8 of 2005, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of order dated 17.02.2021 passed in CMA Nos.1146 to 1150 of 2016.

3. The learned I Additional District Judge, Erode has addressed a letter to the Registry on 29.06.2021, informing the Registry that the original Execution Petition records have not been received back from the High Court to enable the learned I Additional District Judge to comply with the directions, within the stipulated time.

4. This Court has perused the letter dated 29.06.2021 sent by the learned I Additional District Judge, Erode and the reasons given for not disposing of the E.P. within the stipulated time. The reasons given are satisfactory. Accordingly, this Court grants further time of three months for the trial Court to dispose of E.P. Nos.4 to 8 of 2005 from the date of receipt of the communication of this order from the Registry.
