Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to grant an order of injunction restraining the respondents from issuing patta to any third parties for the land comprised in Survey No.7/19 measuring to an extent of 7 1/2 cents situated at Olaipadi Village, Kunnam Taluk, Permbalur District in (WMP No.7152 of 2017 IN WP.6646/2017).

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.RAGAVENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.V.DURAI SOLAIMALAI Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents the court made the following order:- In the light of the grant of interim stay, no further orders are necessary in the above miscellaneous petition filed for adinterim injunction.

2. Therefore, the petition is dismissed.
