ORDER

This Court, by order dated interim order dated 18.11.2016 W.P.No.28362 of 2016 & W.M.P.No.24489 of 2016, directed the respondents to disburse the terminal benefits and arrears due, with interest, to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.

2.The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of the order dated 18.11.2016 passed by this Court.

3.Today, when the matter is taken up, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been duly complied with by the respondent and the terminal benefits and arrears amount were disbursed to the petitioner.

4.Since the order of this Court has been complied with, nothing survives in this contempt petition and

accordingly, the same is closed. Consequently, connected Sub-Application is also closed.
