This application is filed for raising an order of attachment dated 19.09.2019 in A.No.2824 of 2019.

2.The applicant in the affidavit filed in support of the petition would submit that after the attachment was ordered, the respondent had come forward with the proposal for settlement and has ultimately settled the entire due to the applicant. Since continuance to the order of attachment would work to the detriment of the respondent, the present application has been filed.

3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and perusing the papers, the order of attachment dated 19.09.2019 passed in A.No.2824 of 2019 is raised and the Registry is directed to communicate this Order to the concerned Sub Registrar, Thiruthangal, through the Munsif Court, Sivakasi, so as to enable him to make the necessary entries in his records.
