C.M.P.No.3137 of 2019 in S.A.No.83 of 2004 N.SESHASAYEE,J., This Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 650 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to death of the sole appellant in the above Second Appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, petition is allowed.
