When this information was communicated to the applicant, the applicant had given an offer of Rs.9,60,000/-. After the offer was made by the applicant, the bidder who had offered a sum of Rs.9,50,000/- has bettered the offer by saying that he is ready and willing to purchase each of the vehicle for a sum of Rs.12,10,000/- on condition that the RC book is handed over to him. The learned counsel for the applicant would submit that his client has informed that the RC book is not available with him as it was kept in the vehicle at the time of the seizure. Therefore, it is clear that the RC book has been lost.

2. Considering the fact that the bidder has been able to enhance his bid by over a sum of Rs.3 lacs, the respondent counsel is directed to find out if the bidder is ready to enhance his offer. As regards clause - (b) of the order dated 09.09.2021, the learned counsel for the applicant has stated that his client is not willing to go ahead with the said proposal.
