Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.516 of 2024 by order dated 06.01.2024 to appear before the respondent police daily at 10. a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since, the petitioner is a student in New Delhi, he seeks modification of the condition imposed by the learned Principal District Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.516 of 2024 on 06.01.2024 i.e to appear before the respondent police daily at 10. a.m until further orders.

3. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner had executed sureties before the concerned Magistrate and also appeared for a period of 15 days i.e from 09.01.2024.

4. In view of that particular fact, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner should appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner is directed to file an 2/4

affidavit before the concerned Magistrate that he will appear before the respondent as and when required for interrogation. 4.This Criminal Original petition is ordered. 24.01.2024 smn To.
