ORDER

This writ petition is filed directing the respondents to execute a valid lease deed in terms of the order passed by the Second Respondent in order dated 25.10.2012 passed in M.P.No.62/2000/A3.

2. When the case was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter is pending adjudication before the HR & CE Department, hence, seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to take steps in accordance with law subject to the outcome of the proceedings before the HR & CE Department. She also made an endorsement in the case bundle to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law subject to the outcome of the pending adjudication before the HR & CE Department. No costs.
