The petitioner apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 r/w. 109 IPC., and seek anticipatory bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that a case was registered against the petitioner, under the allegation of land grabbing.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that on completion of investigation, a charge sheet has been filed in C.C.No0.24 of 2014, before the Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, Kancheepuram District.

4. Since the charge sheet has already been filed and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, but imposing stringent conditions.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Magistrate concerned within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur or to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sriperumbudur, on all the hearing dates, without fail. 30.04.2015 skm CRL.
