Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to transfer the above S.C.No.284 of 2008 on the file of III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore, to any other District Court for proper effectual adjudication and determination under law.

O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer the above S.C.No.284 of 2008 on the file of III Additional Sub Judge, Coimbatore, to any other District Court for proper effectual adjudication and determination under law.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the trial has been commenced in this case there are totally 34 witnesses, out of which, 25 witnesses have been examined before the trial Court.

3. It is seen that trial has been commenced and 25 witnesses were examined and at this stage, the transfer of S.C.No.284 of 2008 cannot be considered by this Court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
