ORDER
On an earlier occasion, when the matter was taken up for hearing on 09.03.2023, the petitioner filed a memo dated 07.03.2023 stating that counsel on record for the petitioner has given change of vakalat and therefore, the Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and delete the name of the counsel Mr.R.Krishnaswamy from the cause list and list the case on 20.03.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.03.2023, Registry was again directed to print the name of the petitioner and adjourned the case on 29.03.2023. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 29.03.2023, Registry was directed to print the name of the petitioner and adjourned the case on 03.04.2023. On 03.04.2023, there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, Registry was directed to list the case on 06.04.2023 under the caption "for dismissal".
2. When the matter was listed today i.e., 06.04.2023, none appeared for the petitioner. It is, thus, clear and evident that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. 2/4
